I specialize in eating disorder treatment, including avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), anorexia nervosa (AN), bulimia nervosa (BN), and binge-eating disorder (BED), as well as anxiety, OCD, mood concerns, perfectionism, self-esteem, parenting, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. I draw from CBT-E, FBT, EFFT, ERP, DBT, IFS and other evidence-based approaches.

I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling understood, supported, and empowered—and that healing looks different for everyone.
